By accessing or using the Yubon application ("App"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"), as well as any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific features or services within the App. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App.
Yubon is an AI art creation powerhouse that enables users to craft anime-style images through a wide range of style choices combined with intelligent prompt generation. The App is designed to make AI art creation accessible and enjoyable for all, regardless of experience level, empowering users to effortlessly create exclusive AI artworks and unlock boundless creative potential.
3.1 You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
3.2 You shall not use the App to create, generate, or distribute any content that is:
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.1 The App, including all its features, functionality, software, code, designs, text, graphics, images, and other content (collectively, "Yubon Content"), is owned by Yubon or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2 With respect to AI artworks created by you using the App ("User Artworks"), you retain ownership of such User Artworks, subject to Yubon's underlying rights in the App and the AI technology used to generate them.
4.3 You grant Yubon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display User Artworks solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services, as well as for promotional purposes related to the App, unless you opt out of such promotional use through the App's settings.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Yubon makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Yubon does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that your use of the App is at your own risk.
In no event shall Yubon, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the App, even if Yubon has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Yubon reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the end of this Agreement. Your continued use of the App after the changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
Yubon may terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
